Heavy discounts by Amazon and Flipkart.

It's nice to hear "The discount on Amazon or Flipkart" but did you ever think it is fair for you but it is making heavy losses to the small traders or businesses. One side E-commerce business websites giving discounts to their customers but on the another hand it is making loss to others also.

Jeff Bezos, the CEO of one of the world's leading E-commerce business website called AMAZON came to Delhi(India) on a visit of 2-3 days, Delhi's traders or small businessman did protest against him about heavy discounts on mobile phones.Not only protest against Amazon but Flipkart also because these two e-commerce business websites are providing heavy discounts.
And these heavy discounts are affecting small businesses.

Whether Amazon and Flipkart are doing ethical or unethical practices but small businesses has been negatively affected by them.

In response to the allegations that they are involving in unethical practices as heavy discounts,Commerce Minister:Piyush Goyal on Wednesday (Feb 5) said that Investigation is going on against Ecomms over deep discounts.

According to the norms these Platform can only list the product or services sold by other retailers or service providers.

Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has said that these firms have been floating FDI norms,and they have also claim led that Amazon and Flipkart have partnered with different brands of Mobile phones which helps them to sell product at lower prices .
According to small businesses different brands have also taking advantage of it as their sales as well as supply is Increasing.
As these unethical practices are negatively impacted the businesses.
The CCI also said to government to check their avoidance of GST,Income tax revenue and tax burn practices.
